RC Wyong Toukley 2025/26 Board of Directors

Justin Dover – President

Justin has been a member of the Rotary Club of Wyong Toukley since 2010. Over the years, he has served as President, Treasurer, Public Relations Chair, and Youth Director. An experienced aged care executive, Justin has worked in the sector for 28 years and currently serves as CEO of Alino Living, a major aged care provider on the Central Coast.

Justin holds an MBA and has completed gerontology studies at the University of Southern California. He sits on several industry advisory committees and is a respected speaker at national and international forums. In 2021, he was awarded the Ralph Bryant Vocational Excellence Award for his outstanding contribution to aged care.

Most weekends, you’ll find Justin and his wife Kim adventuring in their caravan—usually off-grid and internet-free!

Gemma Lyons – Secretary

Gemma is the co-owner and operations manager of a family electrical engineering business on the Central Coast, where she focuses on compliance, administration, and project coordination. Alongside her husband, she manages the business while raising a young family.

As Secretary of the Rotary Club of Wyong Toukley, Gemma is committed to supporting the club’s growth and ensuring it remains welcoming and relevant to the next generation. She is also inspired by the club’s focus charity, The Bikers Hand, and values its work in providing grassroots support to those in need.

Torin O’Grady – Treasurer

Torin is a highly experienced podiatrist and the owner of Lakes Podiatry, a well-established clinic based on the Central Coast. Since taking over the practice in 2008, he has grown its reach and reputation, delivering quality care to patients across the region.

He holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Podiatry from Charles Sturt University (2006) and spent two years in Singapore leading podiatry services, where he also served as President of the Singapore Podiatry Association.

As Treasurer of the Rotary Club of Wyong Toukley, Torin brings financial oversight, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to both business and community development. His focus on ethical practice and service aligns closely with Rotary’s values, and he is proud to support local impact through professional leadership.

Mitch Cowan – Events Coordinator

Mitch has been a dedicated member of the Rotary Club of Wyong Toukley since 2007, having served three terms as President and held multiple leadership roles on the Board.

Recently retired, Mitch previously owned and operated Twinlakes Airconditioning & Solar, a successful local business that served the Central Coast for over two decades. He and his wife Carolyn, married for 37 years, have raised four children and now enjoy time with their five grandchildren. They’ve proudly called the Central Coast home for over 35 years.

In his role as Events Coordinator, Mitch brings his trademark energy, warmth, and local knowledge to the club’s social and community calendar. He is also a board member of The Bikers Hand, Rotary Wyong Toukley’s focus charity, where his leadership continues to make a meaningful impact.

Mitch is widely regarded as the heart of the club — a natural connector and passionate networker who embodies the Rotary spirit. His reliability, generosity, and genuine care for others make him an invaluable part of everything the club achieves.

Jan Pryor – International Services Chair

Jan is a driving force behind the Rotary Club of Wyong Toukley’s international outreach and global service work. She served two consecutive terms as President from 2020 to 2022, during which she focused on supporting the Soldiers Beach Surf Life Saving Club with vital equipment, including an Inflatable Rescue Boat (IRB). She also successfully implemented two global grants — one providing oxygen concentrators and medical equipment during COVID-19, and another establishing a dental clinic in remote Nepal.

Beyond the club, Jan has held multiple leadership roles at the district level. She is currently the District Coordinator of RAWCS (Rotary Australia World Community Service), overseeing more than 160 international and Australian projects.

Jan is also the founder of The Didi Foundation Inc. (Nepal), a highly respected charity providing vocational education opportunities to disadvantaged women and girls. What began with just a few sewing machines has grown into a thriving hub of hope and opportunity. Her work with Didi was personally acknowledged by Past Rotary International President Jennifer Jones during her 2022 visit to Nepal.

In 2017, Jan was awarded a Paul Harris Fellow by our club, and in 2023 she received the Len Avard Award, recognising her outstanding dedication to international humanitarian service.

Jan’s passion, leadership, and legacy continue to inspire members across the club and district.

She joined the club in 2014, but her connection to Rotary spans over 40 years through her marriage to a Rotarian and active ties to clubs in the Philippines and Canada.

Since joining, Roshni has held several board positions, including a term as Club President, and now serves as Membership Chair, where her warmth and inclusiveness play a key role in welcoming and retaining members.

Roshni and her husband previously owned and operated a successful pharmacy on the Central Coast, and she brings the same dedication and heart from her business life into her service with Rotary. She remains one of the club’s most reliable and compassionate contributors — a quiet powerhouse of commitment and care.
